Step #1 Clear all debris from Crawlspace
Step#2  Hand dig Gravity Flow Trench (Pipe and Gravel)
Step #3 Install deep well sump-pump system (Dehumidifer and battery back up sump-pump)=Option
Step#4 Close all vents, wall penetrations
Step #5  Spray walls and floor joists and repair duct work system (mold control)
Step #6 Rake ground cover (apply lime treatment)
Step#7 Install vapor lock moisture barrier to walls, columns and floor (comes in three different thickness)

In some cases structural repairs might need to done:  ex.  screw jacks, pressure grouting, reconstruction of block and footings and floor joist repairs.  We can also add or replace insulation.
